Through provision of educational workshops and distribution of healthcare resources, the SAHEE project looks to accomplish better healthcare practices by establishing more trusting relationships between healthcare providers and patients in clinical settings.
We attend and participate in medical and nursing conferences and discuss with healthcare practitioners “participants” such topics as the effective use of communication for trust development in healthcare settings with following objectives for health conference attendees:
1.)Participants are empowered to confidently provide efficient care to all patients of various attitudes/anxieties/personalities
2.)Participants learn how to successfully interact with patients with diverse attitudes and build great clinician-patient relationships during clinical consultations
3.)Participants learn how to assist patients to feel comfortable in their presence, especially when patients attitudes are a manifestation of their underlying anxieties about the clinical experience
4.)Share with colleagues are the simple tips for improving the soft skill of patient-clinician communication to ensure a productive visit for all patients of various diversities, emotional characteristics and attitudes.
